Çiftçi Towers

Çiftçi Towers Project, one of the most popular structures on the Bosphorus, consists of two towers with 10 floors below and 45 floors above ground level in Zincirlikuyu, the most valuable location of Istanbul, and has a total construction area of 292.000 m². There are approximately 84.000 m² of residences, 10.000 m² of offices, 68.000 m² of the trading area, warehouse and technical floor areas, and a parking lot for 2,500 vehicles in the project. The design of the project was prepared by the world’s leading architects. The supervision and management of the project were also carried out by a leading British Arup Company. General Places and Club Flats decorations along with intra-flats’ fixed furniture of the projects were manufactured.
